The mission and purpose of Church Growth International Fellowship is to form a global network of churches, without the bureaucratic and hierarchical structure, but bound together through the foundation of like-minded Apostolic Leaders, such as those on the present CGI Board of Directors.

CGIF will not replace their present affiliations with specific denominations but will serve to provide a fellowship with leaders who have a dream to see their churches grow and mature. With the help of an international panel of experienced and successful leaders on the CGI Board, we believe that our relational impetus will provide a vehicle that will have greater cohesive power and ultimately supersede anything which their present statuary relationship provides.

Founded by Dr. Bob Rodgers, the purpose of Church Growth International Fellowship is to help bring church growth through the power of the Holy Spirit on a global platform.

CGIF is not a denomination or just another organization. It is a fellowship with a mission to evangelize our cities and nations with the supernatural  power of God. To do this we must unite with like-minded believers and leaders. Our mission and purpose is to strengthen and strategize as a body. We recognize the spiritual principle that one can chase a thousand and two can put ten thousand to flight.

The organizational structure of CGIF is under the direction of the late Dr. Cho, International Chairperson and Spiritual Father. Today, leading the way is Dr. Young Hoon Lee of the world’s largest church in Seoul, South Korea. The CGIF regional board is comprised of several members of CGI, Church Growth International along with other board members from across the globe.

The regional directors have the authority to appoint national directors, persons who have proven leadership and networking abilities. CGIF will provide discipleship and leadership development according to their chosen structure. The fellowship will come under the spiritual blessing and church growth anointing of Dr. Cho’s legacy. CGIF acknowledges that reaching nations and continents for God requires a special anointing of the Holy Spirit. God has released that anointing on Dr. Cho. We believe there is a portion of Dr. Cho’s anointing being released on this fellowship to reach multitudes for God still today.
